Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns alongside KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations for USAPEEC-related projects. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for U.S. poultry campaigns across ASEAN markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. META (Facebook & Instagram) Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on META platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting strategies, and performance tracking
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments
- Monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights
- Ensure campaigns align with USAPEEC branding and messaging guidelines
2. KOL / Influencer Campaign Management
- Identify, shortlist, and engage relevant KOLs/influencers across ASEAN markets
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and rates with influencers
- Coordinate content creation (recipes, cooking demos, product features, etc.)
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand positioning
- Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns
3. Content & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with creative teams on campaign visuals, videos, and messaging
- Develop content calendars aligned with campaign timelines
- Ensure consistency across all digital and social media touchpoints
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare post-campaign reports including reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements
- Track overall campaign performance across multiple markets
5. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Coordinate with importers, distributors, and retail partners for campaign alignment
- Support USAPEEC initiatives including masterclasses, activations, and promotional events
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or F&B
- Hands-on experience with META Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience managing KOL/influencer campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with ASEAN markets is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food, poultry, or agricultural marketing campaigns
- Understanding of regional consumer behavior across ASEAN
- Basic knowledge of content creation (photo/video/social formats)
