Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 小红书 (XHS)

  • Plan and create engaging content (videos, visuals, EDMs) to drive brand awareness and sales

  • Plan and Execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada)

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversions

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations such as product listings, order processing, and packing

  • Support marketing events and create real-time content while engaging with customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Experience in social media management and content creation

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / similar tools preferred)

  • Able to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
