Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Management or Corporate Finance, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Marketplace environment.
- Experience managing multi-currency flows and mitigating exchange rate volatility.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Zoho Books ) and BI tools to automate financial reporting and data consolidation.
- Understanding of SaaS and transaction-based models, including deferred revenue and complex billing cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Experience in Travel Tech or Payments, specifically dealing with high-volume cross-border settlements and merchant acquiring flows.
- Strong track record in Financial Modelling and Forecasting.

This is a high-ownership role, you won't just set the direction, you'll be deep in the work. As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll be the guardian of our financial health and momentum. With our global presence, you will manage the full financial cycle from maintaining accurate books and audit-ready controls to delivering clear reports and insightful decision support. You'll also oversee our multi-currency operations, ensuring FX exposure is effectively managed and optimised.
You will play a key role in building and scaling the finance function, partnering closely with leadership to drive financial strategy across high-volume, cross-border operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the preparation of full sets of accounts across entities and support group consolidation and reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes and provide in-depth analysis (e.g variance analysis) to drive improvements in working capital.
- Manage multi-currency cash positions. Monitor FX exposure, assess margin impact and implement mitigation strategies to protect the business against currency volatility.
- Own all statutory related requirements (e.g IRAS), including corporate tax filings and ensure robust internal controls and compliance with applicable local regulations.
- Continuously refine internal financial workflows and ERP structures to shorten close timelines, improve data accuracy and strengthen the internal control environment.
- Own the relationship with external parties from banks to auditors and consultants.
- Partner directly with the leadership team to provide financial insight that informs pricing strategy, market expansion and operational decisions.
