Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Support in financial operation management: VVVVVVVVVVVVV
  • Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment
  • arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules,
  • Prepare fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and handle AR, AP, GL function.
  • Prepare and manage group intercompany balance and transaction matrix.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards.
  • Support corporate tax filings and GST tax matters.
  • Support treasury function.
  • Address audit query and support group reporting team for reporting purposes.
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Creating financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accountancy / finance/ LCC!
  • 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • Proficient in treasury function and cash flow management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel is a must.
  • Proficiency in SAP ByD is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with positive mindset
