Bank Reconciliation: Lead reconciliation of high-volume transactions, investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and chargebacks.
Fixed Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including CAPEX invoice processing, acquisition/disposal recording, and monthly depreciation cycles.
Month-End Closing: Drive the monthly close process by posting journals (e.g., accruals, prepayments, revaluations) and preparing balance sheet schedules.
Treasury Administration: Act as the primary liaison for banking matters, including Fixed Deposit placements, bank mandate updates, and user access management for banking portals.
Finance Mailbox Management: Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Claims, Sales, Agency, and Partnerships) to resolve finance-related queries promptly.
Audit Support: Handle audit queries within scope and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Driving initiatives that reduce manual work and improve compliance and control measures
Support special projects and other finance-related tasks as needed, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation. This includes:
Identifying inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommending solutions.
Assisting in the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance accuracy and speed.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end finance processes (e.g., payment workflows, reporting cycles).
Participating in testing and rollout of process enhancements or system upgrades.
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong knowledge of reconciliation, asset management, and month-end processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
