Our client is an industry leader, NASDAQ listed, and poised to ride the AI growth. Due to talent movements and succession planning, there is now an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join them in this global finance operations position to be based in Singapore.

Role

Working with the Global Head of Operations and Manufacturing, you will lead a team in driving the financial and cost accounting operations in Singapore, including but not limited to Operations FPA, annual budgeting and forecasting activities, internal controls, process efficiencies as well as partake in ad-hoc strategic projects driven out of Corporate HQ.

Requirements

With a minimum of 18 years relevant commercial experience, ideally gained in a US MNC and manufacturing environment, you possess strong analytical and leadership skills, display strong commercial acumen and have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Prior experience in fast paced industries and deep expertise in manufacturing operations will be highly desirable. An individual with a high level of leadership gravitas, you are adept in engaging senior stakeholders, especially with the senior management team in the US HQ. Despite being an active member of the senior leadership team, you must be versatile in rolling up your sleeves and getting operationally hands on.
