Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance cum Admin Executive to oversee both financial and administrative functions of the company. This role combines financial management, reporting, and compliance with day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Finance:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle payroll processing, staff claims, and statutory submissions (CPF, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection of payments.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, leave administration, and maintaining HR files.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company activities.
- Implement and improve office policies, systems, and procedures for efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience in SME environment is an advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CAT) will be a plus.
