- Oversee the operations and general maintenance of the plant, machinery, and building facilities.
- Ensure that all facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) operate efficiently to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and carry out basic repairs for equipment and facility breakdowns.
- Supervise and coordinate with vendors and service providers on routine maintenance and facility-related work.
- Support engineering projects, including M&E installations and facility upgrades assist in developing and executing project plans.
- Attend to and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and mentorship to maintenance team members.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related field.
