Responsibilities
- Assist the team in planning & design works for M&E related Projects for local and/or overseas
- Assist the Team Leader to carry out:
- a) Planning site investigations and interpreting results.
- b) Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery.
- c) Managing main-contracts and sub-contracts, as necessary
- d) Supervise and coordinate design and/or site work
- Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice
- Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.
- Engage and manage stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties
- Conduct QA/QC inspections.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Oversee project timelines, costs and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognised by BCA/IES/ACES
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of facilities management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player, able to multi-task and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Disciplined, self-motivated and resourceful
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
- In-depth knowledge of local codes and regulations related to M&E services, building construction, and safety.
