Our client is looking for a Senior Exercise Specialist to join their team! Apply now if you:

You will be working closely with physiotherapists. You'll take clients beyond the basics of rehab-guiding them through the later stages of recovery and into high-level performance, truly bridging the gap between rehab and what they're capable of at their best.

What You'll Do
- Deliver tailored exercise programs to help clients complete their rehab journey and achieve meaningful outcomes
- Work closely with physiotherapists to ensure safe and effective progression
- Take ownership of client outcomes-from understanding goals to execution and results
- Confidently manage clients from early to late stages of rehab, and into performance-helping them return not just to baseline, but better than pre-injury
- Build strong relationships through clear communication, coaching, and motivation
- Support the Head of Functional Rehab in team development initiatives and performance improvement projects
Work hours:
5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays) :
- Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm (subject to client's schedule) AND
- Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm
Work location: The location assigned will be based on company's needs and candidate's suitability. The locations may include Raffles Place, HarbourFront, or Bukit Timah.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or rehab-focused environment (e.g. therapy assistant, exercise therapist, rehab trainer)
- OR a personal trainer with strong exposure to working alongside physiotherapists and managing injured clients
- Strong communication and coaching skills-you can teach, guide, and connect with people
- A positive and strong learning and working attitude-eager to grow, consistently putting in the work to nurture that development, and continuously improving professionally
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Someone who actively trains / works out and embodies a healthy, active lifestyle
