Job Description

1. Key duties/ Responsibilities:

Market visits

  • Visit & develop the given set of outlets as per a pre-defined sequence against the route territory plan.

Order Generation & Meeting Volume Targets

  • Generate orders and opportunities through activation and execution
  • Meeting category set volume targets
  • Ensuring payment collection as per the set credit terms

Cooler Merchandising

  • Place the cooler in the prime position in the outlet
  • Merchandise cooler & maintain brand order & Purity as per planogram
  • Ensure cooler is clean & in working condition, and is representative to Coca-Cola Brand
  • Ensure product rotation

Warm display

  • Display products on shelves, cooler tops & equipment as per planogram standards
  • Place display equipment in prime position & merchandise as per planogram standards

Availability

  • Ensure availability of must-carry SKUs in the outlet as per Segmented Execution Standards
  • Ensure outlet range is always well-stocked

Reporting

  • Collect market information as and when required

Customer Relationship

  • Build strong business relationships with customers by adding value to the customer's business
