Summary of Position
- You will manage daily operations to make sure everything runs smoothly and follows company and hotel rules (SOP).
- Your job is to make customers happy, reduce problems, and help the company make good profit.
- You must work with positive energy, teamwork, and good communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage hotel events and daily work.
- Make sure all staff come on time and follow company rules.
- Arrange and check daily deployment to hotels.
- Talk to hotel partners often to build good relationships.
- Visit hotels to check staff work and service quality.
- Remind staff to care about company profit and performance.
- Hold daily meetings to update the team and solve problems.
- Work with other managers to solve manpower shortage.
- Check and submit daily reports (attendance, order, staff list, etc.) on time.
- Control labour cost and support company profit plan.
- Handle staff salary or complaint issues properly.
- Approve staff lists, cash requests, and other reports.
- Train and assess trainers and team leaders.
- Give suggestions to improve operations and service.
- Do any other task given by management.
