You will be part of the Clinical Governance team, providing secretariat support and organising the Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety Standards Committee and Ensure Safer Systems (ESS) meetings and activities. You are expected to follow up on survey findings and outstanding matters with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and participate in the formulation and review of work processes to enhance patient care delivery. You will be involved in quality and safety initiatives and projects that arise from clinical governance activities, including monitoring project progress, updating relevant dashboards, and producing associated reports. Additionally, you will be assigned other job-related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Degree Holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferably.
Competent in writing and proficient in computer skills - Microsoft office applications etc.
Completed IPSQ AM-EPIC, lean six sigma, CPIP, Improvement Advisor, Change Leader or any quality improvement equivalent courses will be desirable
Excellent analytic skills with good problem solving attitude will be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
Meticulous with strong organization, coordination and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
