You will assist in the coordination and planning of activities supporting the CARE for Rare Diseases Programme and any other related projects and hospital initiatives under Genetics Service.
Plan, organise and execute patient support events, workshops and engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, invitations and post-event follow up.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of patients, families and support resources.
Ensure accurate data entry, updating and reporting to support programme tracking and evaluation.
Serve as the main liaison with patients and families for event participation and support activities.
Work closely with clinical, counselling and communications teams to deliver cohesive and patient-centred programmes.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with institutional and data governance polices.
Support development of communication materials, event collaterals, and patient information resources.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field will be preferred.
Meticulous with strong analytical and organisational skills.
Competent in writing, communications, good project and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, statistical software and database management.
