Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries
• Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm's market presence
• Source for suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3-8 years of working experience in executive search and consulting industry
• Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
