Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.

Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm's market presence.

Source for suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2-7 years of working experience in executive search and consulting industry.

Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
