Analyze the data collected, records and review such data which are required to support the various production and maintenance systems.
Regular monitoring of production and maintenance documents that require review at defined frequencies.
Alert the management on deviations if any during the review of documents.
Inspect various production systems such as filters, sieves, filtrations, equipment's, magnets, cleaning, pressure gauges and report the non-conformance if any.
Review, monitor the cleaning of various systems and validate the existing cleaning protocols and suggest improvements based on the requirements.
Conduct trend analysis of various production data that impact quality and food safety.
Review the calibrations of various production records (e.g. thermometers, pressure gauges etc.) and report the non-conformances if any.
Participate in all the inspections and coordinate on the corrective actions and time frame.
Assist on coordination with various departments on the answers with regards to the questionnaires.
Prepare the report for management in excel, ppt format regularly.
Perform job assignment as and when required.
Qualifications
:Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field of study and above
.Preferably with solid engineering knowledge in production factory with familiar with equipment, spray drying, powder blending and liquid blending
.At least 5 years of relevant working experience in production/manufacturing work environment
.Good writing skills with knowledge of MS Office 365 suite, Excel and other reporting tools
.Systematic and strong organizing skills
.Good communication and stakeholder management ability
.Ability to perform and carry out Process Control & Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
