Senior/Executive, QHSE

YOUR ROLE

Provide QHSE support and maintain and ensure compliance with IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and other applicable standards, eg. GDP, DG, IATA CEIV, AS 9120, for CEVA Singapore at country and site level.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Maintain QHSE management system and ensure that it continues to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDP and other related standards.

Act as one of the liaisons to external parties on matters concerning QHSE related issues and attend to local authorities on unannounced visits.

Supporting on Audit:

• IMS Internal audit for all products on yearly basis
• Re-certification audits from certification bodies
• Customer audit: together with Product join in the customer audit and follow up with Product on the action plan for the findings until they are closed.
• Supplier Management, including yearly scheduling of Supplier Assessment/Audit, as required by regulatory bodies and customers.
• Full spectrum of Non-Conformance Management, which include tracking, follow up and ensure completion of non-conformity report raised from internal and external audits, assisting and ensuring it is meeting quality expectation and corrective action taken is effectively implemented.
• Regular site inspection and Gemba Walk to ensure site compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Support relevant QHSE training from needs analysis to planning and training delivery.
• Any other job relevant to QHSE as assigned by Line Manager

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Minimum degree holder
• Certified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Certified WSH Officer
• Minimum 3 years experience in QHSE function, preferably in logistics industry.
• Familiar with local legal requirements and industry-specific requirements.
• Good team player
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Strong communication and influence skills

Desirable

• Familiar with other relevant standards, eg. GDP, AS 9120 and ISO 13485.
• Experience in healthcare, aerospace or luxury product industry.
• Operational knowledge in contract logistics, freight management and project logistics.
• Able to represent Singapore QHSE internally and externally.
