Responsibilities:
- To assist the Quality Manager in providing leadership for the Healthcare Hub in Pharmaceutical quality related matters to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (PIC/S Guide to GMP) / Good Distribution Practice, ISO 13485 requirements, IATA CEIV Pharma requirements and other applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
- Controlled Drugs (CD) License Holder. Shall be responsible to handle CD and to keep record of movements of CD in CD Register in accordance to Misuse of Drugs Regulations
- Keeps the healthcare hub updated with any changes in the regulatory requirements for license applications, renewal and other regulatory matters.
QMS Maintenance and Administration
- Ensure effectiveness and sustainability of Quality Management System in Healthcare Hub
- Ensure proper development and maintenance of local quality documentation system and control including review and approval of SOPs, work instructions, and batch records
- Ensure handling of pharmaceutical products adheres to QMS and customer and regulatory requirements.
Audits and Certifications
- Second point of contact for customer audit / regulatory audit / certification body audit
- Resolve audit (internal and external) findings to ensure continual improvement and closure of audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- 3 years experience in the administration, compliance and maintenance of Quality Management System
