Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing for the company.
  • Arrange, monitor, and coordinate both import and export shipments follow up on purchase order deliveries and schedules.
  • Monitor and coordination of Global Import (Internal / Vendor)
  • Coordination of import from ETA to Truck in and Truck off
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to determine inventory requirements.
  • Monitor, plan, and execute inventory replenishment.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support, assist with office and facilities management, and coordinate company events.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in purchasing and inventory management.
  • Experience with international cargo movements or freight forwarding.
  • Working knowledge of Import / Export Procedures and Global Sourcing
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with MYOB is a plus.
  • Able to work in the North of Singapore, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
