Partner business units on HR matters and provide professional HR advisory to management
Support and drive corporate HR initiatives, projects, and policy implementation
Manage recruitment for key roles, including interviews and stakeholder coordination
Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances, and investigations
Support performance management processes and guide managers on people matters
Oversee payroll administration for executives and senior staff
Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR best practices
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate HR / HRBP / People Partner roles
Experience handling employee relations and sensitive HR matters
