HR Senior Executive

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role supports both blue-collar (factory/operations) and white-collar teams in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is practical, firm but fair, and understands business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (blue & white collar)

• Conduct interviews and onboarding

• Identify and coordinate staff training programs

• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution

• Support performance appraisal process

• Organise team bonding and engagement activities

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies

• Maintain proper HR documentation and records

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience

• Experience handling blue-collar workforce preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with Singapore employment laws

• Able to work independently in SME environment
