We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role supports both blue-collar (factory/operations) and white-collar teams in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is practical, firm but fair, and understands business operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (blue & white collar)
Conduct interviews and onboarding
Identify and coordinate staff training programs
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Support performance appraisal process
Organise team bonding and engagement activities
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
Maintain proper HR documentation and records
Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Experience handling blue-collar workforce preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with Singapore employment laws
Able to work independently in SME environment
