Job Description

A well-established non-profit healthcare organisation is looking for a Senior Executive to coordinate its patient and caregiver support programmes. You will plan engaging activities, work with healthcare and community partners and help the team deliver meaningful programmes that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute regular support group talks, workshops and activities
Liaise with speakers and partners and schedule sessions
Organise outings and events, coordinating all logistics for smooth execution
Design simple electronic direct mailers and publish them across communication platforms
Work with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners and community organisations on patient engagement
Provide administrative and coordination support for children and youth programmes
Support planning and execution of the annual awards event
Participate in community outreach activities to grow programme reach
Co-develop strategies to expand programme reach within schedule and budget
Maintain accurate attendance records, feedback and programme reports

What You'll Bring

Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Event Management, Psychology or a related discipline and above
Experience in programme coordination, event planning or community engagement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good writing skills and basic design ability for mailers and social posts
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online communication platforms
Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple activities at once
Empathetic and comfortable engaging with patients and caregivers
Willingness to support occasional weekend programmes, with time off in lieu
