This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-
- Deliver collaterals development as directed by creative briefs
- Work with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
- Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
- Support the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
- Generate reports and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Optimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirements
- Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed
Job Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Good understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
- Experience in developing and executing campaigns and marketing communications plans
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the regulatory processes is a plus
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborative and motivated team player
