Job Description

[What the role is]

You will play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You will support HR processes, stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR service delivery.

[What you will be working on]

Specifically, The Roles Would Include But Not Limited To

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding and offboarding) with strong emphasis on governance, accuracy, and service excellence.
  • Provide support to stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Point of contact for HR operations matters, such as employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Lead or support initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery, by identifying opportunities for automation through digital tools
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to handling HR operations

  • Good understanding of local labour laws and HR governance practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday is advantageous.
