[What the role is]
You will play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You will support HR processes, stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR service delivery.
[What you will be working on]
Specifically, The Roles Would Include But Not Limited To
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding and offboarding) with strong emphasis on governance, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Provide support to stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Point of contact for HR operations matters, such as employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Lead or support initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery, by identifying opportunities for automation through digital tools
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to handling HR operations
