Prepare HR reports for management when required.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation.
6. Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead and guide HR assistants or coordinators.
Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of HR workflows.
Provide training and coaching to junior HR staff.
