Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.

  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations are properly implemented.

  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll-related HR support.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and issues professionally.

  • Promote positive workplace culture and communication.

  • Assist in resolving conflicts, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions.

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance review processes and appraisal cycles.

  • Monitor employee performance issues and follow up with managers.

  • Identify training needs and assist in arranging staff development programs.

5. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore MOM regulations.

  • Prepare HR reports for management when required.

  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation.

6. Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide HR assistants or coordinators.

  • Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of HR workflows.

  • Provide training and coaching to junior HR staff.
