Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of strategic plans by facilitating alignment of vision, philosophy, strategic and business plans for the operations team
- Assist in formulating quantifiable outcomes within a prescribed timeline which can be used to benchmark against other institutions
- Responsible for daily operations of assigned inpatient wards, and partner with Ward Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to solve system and process issues
- Track, monitor and review key processes to improve operational efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction
- Track, monitor and make recommendations for all hospital related requirements related to its annual planning cycles, including financial, manpower and total training budgets
- Work with relevant stakeholders on ward infrastructure and building improvement projects to ensure minimal disruption to inpatient operations, and that site works are carried out in compliance with hospital standards
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed to achieve more efficient and affordable care
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- At least two years working experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry
- Clinical operations background will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
