Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Singapore. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations through both operational and strategic initiatives to develop High-Performance Teams. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR management activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting employee development programs, and addressing employee concerns and grievances. This individual will be reporting directly to VP, HR and matrix reporting to the Singapore site GM.

Key Responsibilities:

1.HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM systems (WPOL/EPOL)
  • Support HR projects, audits and management reporting (MC & Headcounts)

2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for all level roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and agencies
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through joining
  • Ensurecompliance with Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and other MOM guidelines.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Support initiatives to boost employee morale and retention
  • Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and exit interviews

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Track employee development plans and training budgets
  • Liaisewith training vendors and apply for government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SSG)

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits when necessary
  • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and HR trends

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and MOM policies
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
  • Previous experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
