Job Description
About NAC–AHG Capability Development Programme
The inaugural NAC–AHG Capability Development Programme develops the next generation of arts professionals through a unique dual immersion across NAC and AHG. Individuals hired under the programme will be attached to NAC for structured workplace learning in policy and sector development, while applying these insights through project-based work with AHG across venues, placemaking, and festivals.
Structured workplace attachments, project-based work, and opportunities for rotations or double-hatting enable applied learning in real contexts.
