Job Description

The hiring team is seeking detail-oriented candidates to help maintain and improve Organisation HRs data quality standards, whilst supporting administrative functions.

Job scope

  • Conduct thorough reviews of datasets and records across various HR systems and data sources to identify data quality issues including missing data, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
  • Verify and correct data where necessary and obtain further information, both offline and online, for incomplete documents.
  • Perform data entry into relevant systems of rectified data after verification.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and implement appropriate cleaning methodologies.
  • Perform regular quality checks on cleaned data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support team with general administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing regular reports and processing invoices.

Requirements

  • A diploma holder with 3 years of strong hands-on experience in data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Meticulous attention to details and quality control.
  • Experience in using SAP-based HR systems is advantageous.

Duration /Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
