Job Scope
. Oversee daily operations of allied health departments and front counter services
. Ensure compliance with HAP/SOPs review and update processes regularly
. Analyse patient feedback to improve services and close feedback loops
. Review and streamline workflows for efficiency
. Monitor service utilisation and optimise resource use
. Manage risk assessments and audits
. Train and onboard Service Associates
. Lead staff engagement, recruitment, and retention
. Facilitate communication between staff and management
. Drive service innovation to enhance patient experience
. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
. Minimum Degree in any discipline, healthcare-related or business management studies will be advantageous.
. Minimum 3 years of service operational experiences within healthcare clinic setting
. Proficient in Microsoft, EPIC and NBS system
