Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to queries
- Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion
- Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients
- Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
- Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.
- Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, and logistics process
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
