Responsibilities:
. Plan and maintain optimal stock levels by updating system parameters according to monthly consumption and inventory objectives.
. Process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely updates in the ERP system and on-time material delivery.
. Liaise with stakeholders to manage shipments, update records accurately, verify invoices, and ensure proper documentation for goods receipt.
. Coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring compliance with trade agreements and import duty requirements.
. Handle vendor-related claims and ensure timely resolution of quality or delivery issues.
. Maintain accurate material information in the ERP system, including specifications, HS codes, and lead times.
. Ensure operational efficiency and service quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.
. Support management with ad-hoc duties, reports, and improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
. Nitec/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain / Purchasing & Materials Management
. At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or related operations
. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities
. Experience working with 3PL service providers is an advantage
