- Manage End-to-End Supply & Logistics Operations: Oversee the daily purchasing, P.O. issuance, and freight coordination to ensure a timely and cost-effective supply of materials and delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate Inbound/Outbound Flow & Documentation: Be responsible for the daily processing of both supplier and customer P.O.s, managing the logistics documentation (e.g., shipping and customs), and ensuring orders are covered on time.
- Drive Supplier Relations and Contract Management: Act as a key relationship manager for multiple suppliers and customers, negotiating contractual relationships with management and ensuring strong, compliant partnerships.
- Monitor Performance, Reporting, and Compliance: Prepare daily/monthly reports on market conditions, buying results, and supply/delivery performance, while ensuring all logistics operations meet relevant industry regulations.
- Support Functional Rotation and Process Improvement: Actively participate in cross-departmental functions and liaising, showing flexibility to rotate across different areas of the supply chain to promote knowledge sharing and continuous process enhancement.
