Job Description

What The Role Is

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive / Executive to join our Digitalisation Services team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering Digitalisation Services to our service partners.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Ensuring all documents received are digitised promptly, in accordance with stipulated timeline and in compliance with the relevant operating procedures
  • Ensuring proper document preparation, including scanning, appropriate indexing and quality checks
  • Organising the source documents to be filed and/or returned to agencies in a systematic manner
  • Supporting the continuous process improvement through regular review and implementation of enhanced operational procedures.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of agency queries within the stipulated turnaround time and maintaining proper documentation of responses.
  • Coordinating with vendors on ticket resolution and following up to meet response timelines.
  • Ensuring proper execution of User Agreement Test (UAT) and Post-Deployment follow up activities.
  • Ensuring prompt and efficient completion of ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors, with appropriate follow-up and documentation.

What We Are Looking For


We are looking for individuals who are passionate to join us in transforming the delivery of Corporate Services for the Public Service. To be successful in the role, you should possess the following attributes and competencies:

  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of document management experience; Candidates without relevant experience but possess good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Strong judgement and analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within stipulated timelines
  • Adaptable and able to work in an enclosed environment
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Logical and Critical thinking abilities
  • IT savvy with excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and strong appreciation for current and upcoming technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, artificial intelligence and other tools (e.g., Access, Macros, Power Query, VBA, Tableu, PowerBI) will be advantageous
