Job Description

. Oversee all activities related to procurement and manage e-procurement system.

. Manage food catering vendors to ensure quality improvement and manage feedback from internal stakeholders.

. Responsible for Home's store and inventory including maintenance of equipment and building facilities matters.

. Ensure compliance in workplace safety and health.

. Ensure compliance of organisation's PDPA policies.

. Responsible for petty cash disbursements and ensure Finance matters related are in compliance with procedures.

. Ensure all donations are accounted and submitted to HQ Finance & Donor Management.

. Assist in Residents outings with care staff

. Ensure timely submission and reporting of HES & RES matters.

. Act as point of contact for Home related issues with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in related discipline or its equivalent

. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity

. Ability to work independently and in a team effectively.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Comfortable to work in a male Psychiatric Rehabilitation Home

. Good writing and interpersonal skills

. Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office

. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting

. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive

. Only Singaporeans & Permanent Residents need apply
