Job Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Operational Efficiency

• Provide key reporting and analytical support for sustainability initiatives.
• Reporting for key areas including waste, water, energy & carbon, sustainable foods & certified products, finance and staff engagement
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports aiding regulatory compliance for National Environment Agency & other government bodies
• Prepare routine internal sustainability KPI reports & focused scorecards for Management and Operations teams.
• Analyze performance metrics against sustainability targets and present findings with actionable insights.
• Support the identification of trends and patterns using statistical and data visualization techniques.
• Create clear and compelling presentations and reports to communicate sustainability performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy for the team.
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Degree/ Diploma in Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  
  

Other Prerequisites

• Utilize MS Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Power BI to develop dashboards and visualizations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics, visualization, and sustainability reporting.
• Work collaboratively across departments to gather data and align reporting efforts.
• Exhibit high integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
