Job Description

About the role:

We are currently hiring for a 1-year contract position, with the potential for renewal and the possibility to convert to a permanent position.

In addition to the salary, this position offers various benefits, including:

Certification Assessments

  • Support the administration and implementation of certification assessments to ensure smooth and secure assessment operations.
  • Coordinate question bank development activities with appointed vendors, subject matter experts, item writers and reviewers.
  • Support the development and maintenance of assessment content and preparatory materials.
  • Monitor assessment-related queries and coordinate the escalation of appeals and exceptions to the appropriate channels.
  • Assist in the administration of assessment exemption processes and supporting documentation.
  • Support the implementation of assessment technologies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain assessment records, question banks and related documentation in accordance with established confidentiality and security requirements.
  • Support projects relating to questions update, new assessment methodologies, including skills-based, scenario-based assessments and AI-based assessments.

Research and Analysis

  • Extract, clean and analyse assessment data to ensure quality of question item content and assessment standards
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate assessment outcomes and key trends
  • Support item analysis and assessment reviews by preparing data and reports for discussion with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Assist with data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy of assessment information.

Governance and Controls

  • Ensure assessment records and confidential data are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support the review and updating of assessment policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate documentation and evidence required for audit, governance and quality assurance purposes.
  • Support periodic reviews of assessment processes and assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update Assessment Guidelines and related communications materials.

International Partnerships

  • Support benchmarking, research and coordination activities with local and international professional bodies (e.g. CIPD, AHRI and SHRM).
  • Assist in the administration of partnership initiatives, meetings and documentation relating to certification and assessment matters.

Others

  • Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the Head of A&I
  • Support team-wide initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment operations

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in administration, project coordination, training, assessments, examinations, certification, education or quality assurance functions would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables).
  • Exposure to statistical software and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with assessment, certification or examination processes would be beneficial.

  • Comfortable working with data and preparing reports.
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn new concepts and processes.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, particularly when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to synthesise and communicate data concepts and analyses in easy-to-understand ways
  • Self-directed and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects
  • Team player who is able to foster positive and open team collaboration
  • Ability to collaborate actively within IHRP as well as with external stakeholder
