About the role:
The Executive is responsible for driving Raffles Medical Group (RMG) services and to build deep and trusted business relationships with clients to seed and grow future opportunities. The candidate must be able to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a positive client experience through excellence service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
. Leads and grows his/her portfolio of accounts through strong engagement with key decision makers by promoting & marketing RMG services
. Have a strong understanding of the latest healthcare trends and the business needs of new and existing clients and ensuring customer's satisfaction through the services provided by RMG
. Manages and builds relationships at all levels with the designated clients that he/she is in charge of
. Responsible for the performance of the respective accounts handling involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings
Job Requirements:
. Diploma / degree holders in Business or related discipline
. A team player, with good analytical, verbal and written communication skills
. A self-motivated individual with strong sense of accountability and ownership
. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within specified timeline
. Result driven and self-motivated
. Able to handle a dynamic environment, flexible and open to changes.
