Job Summary

Support course enquiries, learner services, sales coordination, and daily operations in a dynamic education environment, ensuring smooth processes and positive learner experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to course and training enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels to provide accurate information and support prospective learners and corporate clients
  • Follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients to nurture leads and encourage enrolment
  • Prepare clear and professional quotations, proposals, and course information documents to support sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, enquiries, and learner information for effective tracking and reporting
  • Process registrations, enrolments, and learner documentation efficiently to ensure smooth course administration
  • Coordinate course schedules, orientations, and online meetings to facilitate learner engagement and program delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive learners records and programme files to support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Support administration of WSQ and non-WSQ programmes by managing relevant documentation and processes
  • Prepare invoices and track payments accurately to support billing and financial operations
  • Update operational records, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist management in monitoring performance
  • Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of tasks and communication
  • Coordinate website updates to keep course information current and accessible
  • Manage surveys and student feedback collection to support quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with internal departments on operational matters to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
  • Support audit preparation and compliance documentation to meet regulatory and organisational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in administration, customer service, education, or sales support to enhance role effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online meeting platforms, and other common digital tools to perform daily tasks efficiently
