Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaigning: Partner with Asset Management and Leasing teams to develop and execute optimum marketing campaigns for both local and global assets.
- Brand Design: Act as the internal creative lead, developing branding assets and managing the visual identity for PLG and its properties.
- Digital Presence: Manage and grow PLG-owned websites and social media channels with a focus on engagement and aesthetic excellence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Proactively identify and cultivate brand and industry partnerships to enhance asset value and lifestyle positioning.
- Executive Communications: Act as the Group's storyteller, drafting high-stakes speeches, press releases, LinkedIn posts, media responses, and FAQs for the Management team.
- Tenant & Internal Engagement: Collaborate with Property Management team for tenant-facing activities and HR for internal communications to ensure a cohesive Group culture.
- Project Leadership: Manage and guide external agencies and vendors to ensure project delivery meets our high standards.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing Communications.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of related experience (Marketing, PR, or Comms).
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva is essential, alongside the standard Microsoft Office suite.
- Digital Native: Prior experience in digital/social media marketing with a track record of driving results.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills - you can pivot from a formal press release to a creative pitch effortlessly.
- The Creative Flair: A keen eye for design and a genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, and experiential branding.
- Media Network: Established relationships with local and/or regional media; a proven ability to leverage press contacts to secure high-quality coverage is a plus.
- Resilience: The ability to lead projects independently and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines.
