What you will do
We are seeking an individual passionate about serving the community, with skills and experience in marketing and a flair for putting together visually compelling imagery to tell a story. The incumbent should possess creative acumen, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and exceptional team spirit.
The scope of work will generally encompass the following duties:
- Support the visual communication needs of the organisation by means of graphic design
- Drive and support the marketing needs of the organisation across departments
- Work closely with the partnerships department to conceptualise and execute fundraising campaigns and/or pitches, including the development of collaterals and writing of proposals and appeal letters
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns for specific purposes/projects, or to increase the general awareness of HCA
- Manage marketing projects within stipulated timelines and budget
- Campaign evaluation and analysis
- Crafting compelling award nominations to increase the visibility and credibility of HCA
- Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives
- Work with the events team and other parties to execute internal and public-facing events
- Keep abreast of new developments, latest trends, societal issues, and conversations on the ground on topics relating to our work and sector
Who you are
- Diploma holder or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
- Easy going and works well with all levels of seniority
- Team player who can work independently and is self-driven with a high level of accountability
- Well-versed in using the Microsoft Office suite, visual design and editing software
- Photography, videography and video editing skills a plus
