The Goal
The goal of the Partnerships and Outreach team in THH is to change the way people and organisations think and work with ex-offenders, so that partners can grow their confidence in working with our residents, and that our Whole of Society becomes an ecosystem that lifts people, even when they fall.
More than that, the long-term goal of THH is not just to rehabilitate ex-offenders, but to share the story of our ex-offenders and to use them as archetypes to inspire society that difficult personal change is possible, that painful familial relationships can be restored, and to encourage a healthier system that is resilient enough to lift people, even when they have made errors.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Social Work, Finance, and our Work Initiatives to drive marketing outcomes for our businesses, and amplify the transformation stories within our partners, and residents. You will report directly to the Partnerships Manager.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns (such as digital marketing, PR and event activation) for our 3 Work Initiatives - Bakery, Moving, and Urban Farming, so that they can remain top of mind for customers and drives revenues
- Pitch and leverage mainstream, organic, and paid media to raise awareness of our key initiatives such as our bakery, removals, Ride to Restore, and charity golf and it would be ideal if you've previously pitched and secured mentions in places like Straits Times, CNA, TODAY, radio etc. and clearing the necessary government agencies if needed
- Initiate and plan events that increase mindshare of THH as a leading charity within the halfway house space, and more widely within the sector
- Build out content pieces such as articles, videos, and static design posts that drive brand awareness and sale conversions
- Conceptualise and run fundraising events such as charity golf, cycling event, so as to raise funds
- (Good to have) Execute video or photo campaigns, by conceptualizing the shoot, buying materials for the shoot, producing the shoot, and editing it for marketing outcomes
- Manage agencies and freelancers to deliver marketing collaterals
Job requirements
- We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Intuitively understands where the resource gaps are, how to fill those gaps and has the initiative to actively plug those gaps
- Strong track record of driving digital marketing outcomes that push business performance (ideally you would be familiar with managing internal CPLs for donors, CPM and CTRs for businesses)
- Familiarity with basic marketing dashboards such as Google Analytics, Search Console and how to pull data for the relevant teams and help them to improve their sales
- Track record of building donor and partner networks, such as by sourcing B2B sales databases (prior use of B2B tools like Apollo, Rocketreach is a plus) and your own connections
- Strong proficiency in sourcing and writing long-form and short-form content (blog posts, website updates, social media captions)
- (Good to have) Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

- Following this, we would issue a Worked Assessment to assess you against key traits we are looking for - outcome-focused, reliability to execute, and an ability to actively broker partnerships.
- The last stage would be a formal meet with our team, to assess how you interact with them.
