You will manage and oversee the daily operations of the inpatient billing and claims processing section. You will be responsible for reviewing work procedures, ensuring effective implementation of new projects and policy initiatives related to patient billingand claims processing via the Central Claims Processing System (CCPS).
You will also provide timely and quality service to both internal and external customers in addressing their feedback and queries.
Requirements:
. Degree holder
. At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare discipline
. Resilient with hands-on leadership qualities
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Passion to excel in a result-oriented and customer-centre organisation
