You will be part of the Clinical Governance team to provide secretariat/ administrative support and organize clinical governance activities across appointed committees/workgroups as assigned. You will manage clinical privileging for doctors, Serious Reportable Event (SRE) cases and assist with MOH Hospital Licensing. You will provide data analytics support for hospital-wide clinical indicators and/or quality improvement, generating insights that identify key areas for improvement. You will coordinate hospital-wide quality and safety initiatives/projects and is expected to follow up on outstanding matters with the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and be involved in the formulation and review of work processes to enhance the delivery of patient care. In addition, you will be assigned with other job-related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Degree Holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferably.
Excellent written communication skills and proficient in computer skills - Microsoft office applications etc.
Intermediate level data analytics skills (i.e., Tableau) is a bonus.
Meticulous with strong organization, coordination and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for multi-stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
