Job Description

What The Role Is

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role within the Business Development and Programmes team focuses on programme administration operations. The position encompasses strategic partnership development, programme administration and digital transformation initiatives, involving collaboration with industry partners, educational institutions and government agencies to deliver training programmes while implementing automation and data analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Working On

Programme Management

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and logistics support for programme management.
  • Handle student matters as Programme Overall-In-Charge.
  • Advise students, public and companies on course and financial matters.
  • Resolve non-routine problems in line with institutional and regulatory frameworks.

Programme Partnerships


  • Collaborate with the industry partners to develop and renew courses aligned with industry needs.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and successful execution of programmes.
  • Work with external partners (e.g. universities or private/government agency) on course collaborations and strategic partnerships.

Automation & Data Analytics


  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and maintain RPA solutions to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimise workflows.
  • Document process automation workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Events & Projects


  • Support events (e.g. roadshows, career fairs, workshops, CET graduation ceremony).
  • Contribute to cross-functional and inter-agency projects.
  • Undertake special projects, as assigned by the Polytechnic.

What We Are Looking For


  • Qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training/education, programme management or related sectors.
  • Experience managing government-funded training programmes and training management systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage diverse partners.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability and interest in learning innovation and industry trends.
  • Experience with data analytics, process automation, or event management would be advantageous.
