Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Reinsurance (5 Months Contract)

Job Responsibility

• Plan, place, negotiate & administrate outward GI reinsurance treaty programme for the Company
• Handle treaty technical statement of accountsPreview (opens in a new tab)
• Handle treaty special acceptance requests
• Handle treaty Cash Call/XOL claims recoveries
• Handle inward treaty run-off administration
• Handle reinsurance reporting
• Compile treaty statistics and conduct business analysis
• Conduct reinsurance market research and analysis
• Coordinate with IT for system enhancement
• Monitor reinsurance activities and report on any irregularities
• Liaise with internal/external parties on reinsurance queries
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in insurance/reinsurance related fields
• Analytical, meticulous and numerate
• Possess relevant insurance/reinsurance qualifications will be an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
