Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Transformation Analyst to support the transformation of Pacific Licensing Studio (PLS)s business processes.

This role will focus on driving operational improvements and enabling AI-driven transformation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate should be curious, open-minded, and logically driven, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology-enabled improvements. This person will work closely with stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and support the implementation of AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities along with the respective Department Heads.
  • Support the implementation of AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable transformation plans.
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools or AI solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to business process transformation and digitalization.
  • Develop documentation for workflows, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor implementation progress and track benefits from transformation initiatives.
  • Support change management efforts and help teams adapt to new systems or processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation tools, that could benefit business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, operations, or digital transformation.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Enjoys problem-solving, process redesign, and bridging business needs with technology solutions.
  • IT-literate and comfortable learning new digital tools and systems.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving environments.
  • Ability to understand business operations and translate them into structured processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, or business analysis frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
