In Singapore, SMG operates more than 40 strategically located clinics in central areas and heartland estates, designed to provide accessible, patient-centered care. SMG also operates a Medical Patient Assistance Centre hotline to cater to both local and international patients.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join our Marketing team as Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager with the following job responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Work with Marketing Director to conceptualize and drive key marketing strategies, and to optimise digital marketing efficacy
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline), focusing on patient/user acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral etc
  • Drive strategic partnerships to profile the Group's doctors and acquire new patients
  • Manage marketing budget and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor marketing efficacy and ROI
  • Manage existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools.
  • Active involvement in SEO and SEM efforts and the management of digital marketing agencies
  • Conduct data analysis based on Google Analytics / FB business information to guide the planning and to optimize the execution of the marketing activities

Account management:

  • Work closely with the business manager of assigned business units to support the growth of the relevant businesses
  • Regular engagement with doctors to develop marketing campaigns and provide post-mortem updates.
  • Manage stakeholders through timely submission of deliverables, regular communications and updates on activities and marketing/ patient acquisition metrics

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • A good degree in Business and major in Marketing is preferred. Those from other majors with working experience in Marketing are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in account servicing work and stakeholders engagement
  • Competent with digital marketing platforms and its associated business functions
  • Possess a good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM and has experience in managing digital marketing agencies
  • Be updated on the latest digital and marketing trends through self-reading and research on a regular basis
  • Experience with graphic design or video production/editing is a bonus,
  • Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English. Individuals with strong copywriting will have an advantage.
