The Opportunity: We are seeking a resourceful, pro-active and well-rounded Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be instrumental in managing key client relationships, optimizing digital campaigns, and crafting engaging content that resonates with new audiences. Key Responsibilities:
. Client Marketing & Advertising Counsel: Act as a strategic marketing advisor for a portfolio of key clients, helping them achieve their ticketing goals with our marketing assets and services.
. Campaign & Content Creation: Bring a fresh perspective and develop compelling stories and content across various platforms (e.g., social media, articles, email) with a strong focus on engaging new and younger audiences, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving ticket sales. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales, and support client initiatives.
. Digital Tracking and Performance (GTM, Ads, Analytics):
o Google Ads: Plan and optimize campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to maximize ROI
o Google Analytics: Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour to provide actionable insights
o Google Tag Manager: Implement and management of tracking tags to ensure accurate data collection across all digital touchpoints
o AI Search Optimisation: Stay ahead of industry shifts by optimising content for evolving AI-driven search environments
. B2B Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategic B2B initiatives to generate new leads, promoting our ticketing services to event organizers, promoters, and venues.
. Email marketing: Design end-to-end email marketing campaigns, utilising marketing automation tools to build personalized workflows.
. Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, client servicing and customer service teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
. 2-4 years in a marketing role, ideally within the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry
. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and understanding of Google Tag Manager
. A creative portfolio demonstrating your ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across various media formats
. Practical experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, MoEngage or similar)
. A keen understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
. Adaptable, fast learner who can pivot between creative storytelling and technical data analysis
. Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a can-do attitude
. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
